Daily gratitude and priming:
1. People you are grateful for.
2. Things you are grateful for. 1-2 must be small things like a pen or a sunrise.
3. Future goals you are grateful for as if you have already accomplished them.
Sit in silence and listen to your thoughts. Listen to the big voice inside you that give you inspiration and direction. Take action or take notes on what the voice is telling you.
Workout for 15-45 minutes while listening to a chiropractic or inspiring audio.

Write on a post it note or scrap paper the top 3-7 things you need to do that day.
Keep a list of the top 5 things you must do every day to make your life great.

Re-read your personalized Day 1, 2, 3, 4 and organized Re-exams e.g. 12 visit, 24 visit, 40 visit, end of year…
Prep all x-rays, financials, “specials”. Re-exams should be reviewed as the paperwork gets filled out not last minute or on the spot. Take time to find answers for your people. Learn from your patients. Find them references and resources. Grow!
Team huddle 15-20 minutes prior to doors opening. If you have a staff member always late find out why and correct and let go. If that staff member is you maybe it is time to retire?
During the day read your affirmation, empowering chiropractic articles/ research and any non-chiropractic articles or news stories that get you fired up!
